Catherine DeMonte has been a licensed Marriage, Family, Child Therapist (LMFT) for over 25 years. She is highly regarded in the field and creates a safe, supportive space for her clients where they feel deeply respected and truly heard.
Her work is proactive and direct, and also very nurturing. She sees individuals (children, teens and adults) and couples with a variety of issues. Her work utilizes mindfulness and Humanistic and Depth Psychology. Her work is focused on empowering clients to find the answer within themselves.
Her goal is to help her clients feel less triggered, and more empowered and inspired to live joy-filled lives. Her approach centers on giving clients tools to deal with the blocks on their path so that they see how events don't happen TO us. Events happen FOR us. Everything that happens in our life is an opportunity for our growth, healing and expansion. This empowering approach moves clients from feeling victimized and overwhelmed to feeling hopeful and emboldened.
